UK MOTOR BIKE ACCIDENT CLAIM ADVICE

UK Lawyers will represent the injured victim of a negligent driver in a motor bike accident claim on a no win no fee basis. If the other driver has been identified then compensation is always paid in full with no deductions. Our lawyers do not require you to pay anything at all to them during the case and no win no fee claims handled by UK Lawyers are genuinely risk free.

THE PRACTICAL TRAINING TEST

Once you have successfully completed CBT you need to start considering the practical motorcycle test. Do remember that before you are allowed to take the practical test you are required to pass the Theory Test. Most Approved Training Bodies who provide CBT also provide practical training up to test standard, the instructor at the training centre should be able to advise you. Remember that you have only a limited period to pass both the theory and practical test so start early and give yourself plenty time to practice what the instructor teaches you.

The test will include all types of road and traffic conditions so don't just practice 'round the houses'. The main aim of the test is to turn out safe drivers, those who wont be the cause or the victim of a motor bike accident claim. During the test the examiner will follow you on another bike and will give you instructions over a radio link. You will probably ride on fast dual carriageways and in heavy traffic. So do be sure that your training properly prepares you, not just for the test but for your future enjoyment of motorcycling.

ADVANCED MOTORCYCLE TRAINING

It's never too soon to start thinking about Advanced Training. Those who have undergone this training are provably better drivers and are at considerably less risk of being involved in a motor bike accident claim either as claimant or defendent. Contact either RoSPA or your local group of The Institute of Advanced Motorists for details. They will have people who will take you out on a observed ride and will comment on your riding ability. You will probably be asked to join the local group and in return will receive free guidance sessions to bring you up to the required standard. In addition to that you will be able to meet other people with an interest in motorcycling in a friendly social atmosphere.

The ATB where you took your training may be able to suggest a riders club where you will meet other riders with a passion for bikes. You will find links to some training bodies who offer advanced training on the grey panel. For further information contact your Local Road Safety Officer.
